Privacy notice
What we do with the details you send us, who sees them, and how to have them removed.
Who we are
Isle Host is a trading name of Gemma Claire Deloud Clark, a sole trader, and the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect, and why
From the consultation form: your name and email address, and optionally your company or family office, party size, preferred timing, what you are interested in, and any notes you add. We use it to reply and arrange your consultation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR, namely responding to enquiries about our services.
If you book through the calendar instead, Calendly collects your name, email address and chosen time and passes them to us. We use them for the same purpose, on the same basis.
Our server holds your IP address for up to ten minutes to stop the form being abused, then discards it.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and nothing on this site is decided automatically.
Cookies and third parties
We set no cookies of our own, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. Two third parties do place things on your device, and both are described next.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the site. Your browser contacts Cloudflare, which sees your IP address, and it may store a short-lived value on your device.
The consultation section of our home page embeds Calendly’s booking calendar. It loads with the page, so your browser contacts Calendly whether or not you book, and Calendly sees your IP address and sets its own cookies. If you would rather it did not, block third-party cookies for calendly.com, or use the form or email instead.

How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will reply within one month, or tell you if we need longer.
Complaints
Please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at any time: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
